The Heart Center Therapy

• Connect your mind, body and soul. Starting with a consultation we’ll discuss the intake form. We’ll review your history and how it connects energetically.
• From there, I’ll create a personalized aroma blend to use during a 1-hour session or 90 minutes of your choosing (Reiki or Massage). You will also get to take home a personal bottle of the blend to continue the healing process at home.

  • The form goes through the common questions (age, medical history, medications, etc.) and some not so common questions (What do you do to relieve stress? What do you do to relax? Do you meditate? What are your religious or spiritual beliefs / practices? What do you hope to get out of the session?, etc.)
