Julia Caira is a LMT, CHTP, Reiki Master u0026amp; Teacher, CT. Aromatherapist, and Oncology Massage Specialist. Graduating from Broward College in 2003, Julia has since created Healing Essence. Established in 2008, Healing Essence is a holistic wellness center offering massage, energy work, and educational classes. Julia specializes in Oncology Massage, Lymphatic Drainage for pain management. In addition, she is a Beyond Surgery Practitioner, which supports clients through surgery. Being available pre-surgery, during surgery, and post-surgery, Julia helps her clients diminish anxiety and ensure relaxation with integrative energy techniques. Home visits are also available.
Julia’s mission is to provide a high standard of personalized compassionate touch, focusing on the needs of each client. She is available for speaking engagements and lectures as well as offers Aromatherapy Consultations.
Julia’s Memberships include, S4OM (Society for Oncology Massage), A.I.A. (Alliance of International Aromatherapists), N.A.H.A. (National Association Holistic Aromatherapist), The Florida State Massage Therapy Association, the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and Associated Bodywork u0026amp; Massage Professionals. In 2008, Julia was certified as a Healing Touch Practitioner by Healing Touch International. She is currently an Affiliate Member of the International Center for Reiki Training Association. Since 2010 Julia is a Continuing Education Provider through CEBroker.com for Licensed Massage Therapists in the state of Florida.
Julia volunteer’s twice a month at Gilda’s Club in Ft. Lauderdale as their Reiki Facilitator. Currently holds a seat as a Board Member with Broward College Massage Therapy Department. Affiliate Member of the International Center for Reiki Training Association, NAHA, AIA, and FSMTA. Recently selected as a board member for the physical year of 2016-2017 for the Alliance of International Aromatherpist.
